@@blp5840 Yeah, because it was promoted as a movie about Filipino American family and it wasn’t. It was 50% about that and the rest the most random sh*t. Bad writing and plot. Hopefully it will have a redemption movie with Filipino writers and directors along with an outstanding cast like they have now. Hopefully they give the story respect by taking time to write and do proper research if they are hoping to share the Filipino American family experience. Jimmy said in an interview it was 6 months from idea to movie. It shows, and not in a good way.
