When you asked the guy about security - I was expecting specifics regarding whether or not this is in a security estate, with 24-hour guarding at the gates and patrolling security within the "estate"... Is it situated within an estate / gated community? South Africans are only interested in security estates nowadays.

It's not gated, just a boom gate for the 3 houses, I know the area

It’s not an estate - It’s a standalone home. In terms of security there’s armed security patrolling.
