To be fair, she's the one living with no running water, no electricity, limited heating, limited rations, and the risk of death from continued artillery strikes and mines. From her perspective the word "victory" might be too positive given the scale of the destruction. But there is no denying that this is a major strategic military victory on the part of the Ukrainians.

The gains look small on the map but do keep in mind that Ukraine is big. So, if they move 20 miles, you can hardly see it on it. So, a few months will be necessary to clean up the whole territory.
