I'm anticipating a housing crisis in order to buy cheaply after selling a few residences in 2022. I've been considering buying stocks as a fallback. What suggestions do you have for the ideal buying period? On the one hand, I keep reading about and witnessing weekly trading earnings of over $500,000. The market is allegedly out of control and having a dead cat bounce, on the other hand, according to what I keep hearing. What causes this to occur?

I always wonder though with these types of things, how difficult they are to sell-not just because of the price, but when a place is that customized to a very particular taste & style, like someone may like certain features but hate or want to change others, which would be a ton of work & time. For 2023, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the housing market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.

I would be cautious of Elon Musk (or any other false idol for that matter). Elon Musk's neuralink and that RFID chip that they are testing out in Sweden right now is a quick way to become damned. Also I highly recommend detaching from this world and the things in it to follow God. Contemplate how the Roman Empire fulfilled the role of the beast from the sea in Revelation 13. Revelation 17 confirms that it is in fact Rome. From this we can conclude that A) Jesus is the Son of God and can predict the future or make it happen, B) The world leaders have been conspiring together for the last 3000+ years, or C) History and archaeology as we know it is fake. You don't need to speculate though because you can start a relationship with God and have proof. Call on the name of Jesus and pray for Him to intervene in your life, if you can't get a response then make sure you are approaching Him in a humble way. God will ignore you if you don't make a serious attempt - Isaiah 1:15, James 4:8, Micah 3:4. Stop eating food sacrificed to idols (McDonald's Wendy's etc), stop taking pictures of yourself and uploading them to social media (pride, second commandment), start fasting, stop watching obscene content etc. A lot of the things people do in the modern day hold them back from getting a response even though they don't realize it. I don't know if people are aware of all of the additional expenses tied to owning such a home. All of these kinds of homes have a grand room and endless bedrooms, and how much does it cost to heat the whole house for seven of the twelve months in a year. Staff? What would it cost to hire 8 people and pay them $40.000 or $50,000 each for the job they perform. Property taxes? Yikes! I'm an average Joe and my property taxes are about 2% of the current market value of my home. I'm not going to calculate what 2% of 3,000,000,000 is because to me it's way too much. So what I'm thinking is that it is very expensive to be rich.
