What is this concept of deep work? Are you aiming to finish tasks quickly, like completing 4 hours of work in 1-2 hours? Is that what deep work is about? I'm finding it tough to engage in deep work. I'm not achieving tasks at a faster pace, even though I dedicate 4 to 5 hours daily. I end up completing only a small amount of work. I have sufficient time to finish it in 5 hours, but I'm unable to do so. Afterward, I get frustrated and end up abandoning the effort. Can you please elaborate on this?
