Thank you for being one of the only media outlets to acknowledge deegan is a fine driver, and got a the short end of the stick in a bad deal with no one to coach her. I hope she finds a ride asap, she has millions of followers, thats bigger than most of nascar. It would hurt our sport alot if this alienates her, and all those fans, and kills off the drive for diversity. Idk what AM racing thinks is going on, but this is a bad look for them just giving up on someone mid year.

They were being overly nice talking about her. She’s had two years in trucks, now the AM Racing deal and she hasn’t show. Any signs of improvement. She’s not improving at all. Not everyone is talented enough for the top levels. It’s nothing to be ashamed of. When you see people like Cory Heim and Jesse Love come in and be competitive right away, that’s what talent looks like. Do you really think either of those two could drive the truck she drove and be a back-marker for two years? The problem isn’t that she’s not as good as them, it’s that she’s not at all close.

Once they move from unleaded fuel, the environmental impact of NASCAR races is negligible. It’s interesting that lead levels were measurable higher in areas with tracks during the leaded fuel era.

The motorsports that are having amazing growth world-wide are not because of broadcast, but because of people going to the races. Endurance and Rally racing have been growing massively post 2020 with record attendances at nearly every race.

As soon as you get this garbage car on a single-lane dry racetrack you’re gonna get a whole lot of follow the leader. Everyone saying how great the Xfinity race was, yeah, that’s the xfinity car. I agree it seems like it would be good in dry weather, but it won’t be. It might be a good fan experience, but it won’t be good racing, not with this car.
