The story of Mr. Honda is a lesson in hard work and perseverance that makes success. A long road, but he did it. The video of Mr. Honda with Ayrton Senna has to be ONE of the pinnacles in the companys history. A touching moment for both.

Thank you for the Honda tour. My father sold Honda motorcycles, and visited Japan over 50 years ago, and met Mr. Honda. I have owned Hondas all my life.

I had to pause the video at the Honda CB 750. At some point in my life I thought that this was the most beautiful motorcycle in the whole world, and it was so beyond my means. I dreamed of owning one some day. The four-cylinder engine with its four chromed pipes coming out the front and curving gracefully towards the back made me sigh. Even though this motorcycle design is dated I still think it retains a lot of nostalgic beauty. Thank you very much for sharing these moments with us.

Monkey Fun Fact! : the Monkey was used as worker transportation and park ride at Hondas "Tama Tech" amusement park, 1961, before it became named and known as the "Monkey", and sold to the public/exported in 1963! The name Monkey came from the way the riders looked riding it at the park :) GREAT video, again ... love these!

(17:57) you can't get the NSX here in the states, the tariff on those cars is well over 22,000 dollars. the car itself is 147,000 dollars. that's why Corvette, started making the same body style as the NSX.

Interesting video and very much appreciated the tour. :) But unless you lived in places like north west Europe or south east Asia in the late 70s and 80s you somehow missed an exceptionally important and iconic bike... It was not the Monkey. It was the MB-5. It is the red/black bike in [19:12] This bike was from a time way before YT and the mainstream popularity of motorcycling for the masses. Many started their 2-wheeled lifestyle as young teenagers on the Honda MB-5 (which led to MT-5, MTX and MBX and eventually the NSR). Many of those, in particular in BritainLand, DutchLand, BelgiumLand and GermanLand, went on to become long-term riders. Its single cylinder, balance shaft, 2-stroke (with separate oil tank), electronic ignition, front disc brake and the ultra modern appearance made this a special machine. Displaying all the bikes there would take you more than just an afternoon. I get it. But the MB-5 was the consolidation of all of the other early bikes that you showed from the early days of Honda.

Thanks for the feedback! You’re right, the MB-5 was a standout bike for many riders and played a big role in shaping the motorcycling scene. I appreciate you sharing that perspective! 😊

When you think about it Hondas Cub 50 changed the world and really launched them allowing what would have been im sure at the time the money to develop those fabulous Multi cylinder racers of the early sixties and have the best riders , superb collection of the standard you always expect from Honda.
