Las Vegas needs one right next to Planet Hollywood and MGM Grand without having to destroy Polo Towers, not where the Mirage is!! It’d make much more sense for Hard Rock. Lots of space to start completely fresh and to fit a guitar hotel right next to Planet Hollywood.

Hi! Only half of the Oasis rooms face the lagoon. The other half face the road/ porte cochere. I think you can specify a pool view room when you book.
