The Phenom 300 is not a bad plane for the price. However the Pilatus PC-24 is a much more stable, comfortable, competent and versatile plane at a similar price point. Its uniquely short takeoff and landing capability, even on unsurfaced, remote landing strips (which the Phenom cannot use) gets us much, much closer to our destination of choice. Sometimes hundreds of miles closer.

A phenom 300 cost about us$60k/month to run. All included. Pilot, hangar, maintenance, insurance, fuel (this one could be a bit more or less), etc. It is the cheapest jet to run along with Phenom 100..if you compare to a CJ3+ or similar.

You are probably some broke ass...Of course wealthy people worry about economics. That's why you have companies out there such ACC, who provide comprehensive reports for annual cost and comparison for most private jets out there. Most rich people don't find their money in the trash...and researching will probably save you couple hundred thousand to millions/ year, so you can ride a private jet and still accumulating wealth.

??? There is a big difference between the 500 & 650. The 650 has twice as much cabin space (1650 cuft) as the 500 (825 cuft) & has almost twice as much space internally for baggage - well worth the extra $4 million.

For 25 million, you can buy a boeing 737-800, much more space as it is supposed to be an airliner and as well faster cruising speed, BUT, because it is a much bigger aircraft, the maintenance will be much more expensive, you don't need to pay pilots, when you can afford this, you can afford an ATPL training course or something like that ( correct me if I am wrong), unless you are not bothered to fly it yourself then just pay pilots.

philly Fail Southeast Asia is a good market for first timer and a budget customer, thid particular region customers are budget awared. Majority Indonesia and Phillipines' airports are suitable for small and medium size jets too.

lol, yea it is. But with the $10 million cash in hand as the down payment. They can get a corporate loan of $45-$50 million for a discounted plane. Or they can put the $10 million as down payment then save some money for 2+ years (maybe $10 million annually, so additional $20 million in total) as the plane waiting list and pay the rest of the discounted plane with loan when the plane is ready. But it's a really bang for bucks for corporate users, a true BBJ and ACJ rival.
