Nicely presented, EPE. I'm not sure I could tell how large that primary bedroom is from the camera viewpoints. Is there a walk-in closet? And I am assuming it has central air, correct? Any underground storage? What about parking ...does it have parking and if so, it is assigned or titled parking? Condo fee = ???? Thanks for posting/sharing. Cheers! :)

Nice presentation but some professional advice from another long time real estate peer........do not wear ANY skirts or dresses with thigh-high sits like that when working. It's definitely unprofessional and on video or in photos even more so. And shoes would also be a very good idea.
