Well, I guess if you gotta go, you gotta go. :) So .....40M USD, eh? Way too rich for my blood / bank account, but it's always nice to dream. The decor wasn't really to my taste, but if I spent 40M on a place I can afford to customize. Anyway, always a pleasure. See you back in Vancouver in your next video perhaps. :)
