It's beautifully finished. I wouldn't call it MCM though, maybe MCM inspired, at best. Wonderful private back yard, but for $9M, I'd want ensuites in all bedrooms, a proper dedicated home theatre, more garage space and an ocean view.

The glass on the second bedroom makes it a little difficult to get any privacy. Where to you change or so other private things? That glass should be frosted at the very least.

True - but I like the fact that it opens out and you can enjoy looking out over the loft and window. Could be a great office space instead of a bedroom or put up a moveable screen/partition if someone sleeps there - or make it a studio / library / sitting space away from the main space instead.

First time seeing this from three years ago Interesting place. For as big as the place is, I would think there would be two bedrooms. As for the condo ....nice. I am so sure about the refrigerator situation in the kitchen. Though unique for sure ....hmphf. Yep. I might have to add a free standing fridge and perhaps make one of those others a something else. All in all I could see some remodeling/reno that might work. But taste is subjective, right? :) Thanks for sharing/posting. Always a pleasure.
