Japan in general is known for its uniqueness and its bar culture is no exception.

30 dollars? Most bars overcharge the most basic and easy cocktails. That's actually not a bad price! Especially if you drink it to appreciate it.

37$ still isnt bad compared to California cocktail prices

I'd probably get some drinks and food somewhere cheaper and when I'm already sorta lit, then go to this place. I don't taste my first 3 beers anyway.

Just wanted everyone to know. I was at a private event in Vegas with Vlad as the bartender. My guy was so cool and so calm while churning out tons of drinks. Consummate professional with flare for days

i would pay $30 just to understand how he doesnt burn the bar down with that fire trick

And that place has only a single tiny elevator. No stairs

Because that's the only place where the alchohol was, on the counter ie
@Pepto8ismol3 ай бұрын
It doesn't get hot enough under the flame (heat rises and the alcohol isn't penetrating the bar) to cause damage. I used to dip my finger in moonshine and light it. However that is more dangerous as you will burn, just not immediately. Will that be cash or card?

Normally setting your workplace on fire is a sign that you're bad at or fed up with your job. For Komai-san, it's just Tuesday evening.

Idk if this is the exact reason for why the bar has so many teds, but the Ted Movies are SUPER popular in Japan. It's crossed over with popular series like the visual novel Danganronpa, and even got a rerelease specifically so that older kids and teens could see the movie as well. It even had a completely original intro with Ted apologizing for his profanity and actions in the film.

$30 for a drink there is 100% worth, that’s actually a good price for the environment and the showmanship. I’m a broke ass though so I’ll stick to drinking water at home

not gonna lie. id rather pay 30$ a cocktail and get an incredible show with it then pay 18$ for a Cocktail at a regular bar where the Bartender has to tend to 150 guests alone, is clearly stressed and only 1 bad tip away from a psychotic breakdown :P

Vlad ! I'll give you advise . instead of roaming , go to Uzbekistan. From kebabs to Kumish(fermented horse milk) every thing is legit . atleast you can communicate(slavic lang) and it will never cost you 30$ !
