I love it here but I'm a boater. If you're not on the water or in the mountains often than this city has little to offer besides the views from your over priced balconies.

Also a PH of that size and prestige deserves a pool or spa. Perhaps installing one on one of those big solariums. But that is not only costly, but difficult to do. If none of those things I suggest is done, then I suggest lowering the current cost a bit. The wallpaper design also looks dated in some areas. I think you will get more buyers if you lower the price or upgrade / redesign some interior elements. Maybe adding a pool but that's complex and not necessary. But if added, will drastically increase the odds of a sale. 👍😎

Really liked most of this but as a lover of history and aesthetics of Vancouver the main bedroom actually sucked. I would gut that completely, open it up to complete light with some textural nuances to create a “wall” for the closet and gym. I wouldn’t have a walk-in closet without natural light if I had that cash. What are you thinking? The gym has extraneous stuff and needs to be simplified. It’s a C- as it is. It looks like a guess from someone who got rich quick in a bungalow and didn’t know more or want to. An architect did that? i could go on. Beautiful space. The second balcony view of the city even had some raw city of Vancouver included.

Everyone has their own tastes that's for sure.. There are skylights running the length of the walk-in closet just fyi.. Workout equipment highly subjective to anyones individual tastes as is the room naturally.. I appreciate that you have your own & yes the entire place was customized by the last seller top to bottom throughout the entire unit. So the master was a custom Job to their liking... But of course, you can do what ever you want once it's yours!! Thanks for the comment!
