This is one of the greatest factories I've ever seen because of the power of the people who run it. This would never be allowed in the US, I'm sure that the government would come in and shut it down immediately. I hope to see this kind of thing spread all over the world. So this is an example of when anarchy goes the way it’s intended, in and unintended way where all the bosses left lol. This is amazing if generally true. Fascinating. This could not work at my company, a fabricator or probe cards and probes for silicon chip testing and optimization. The complexity and the various facilities around the world would need some sort of leadership to coordinate. We have cooperation and of R&D of different elements of brand new technology being developed that needs some form of oversight to make it all work. But for a single factory this seems plausible.
