I see people are commenting that this is expensive but what many might not know is that beachfront property, just a house spot, say ¼ acre could go from (what i have seen) $75,000 to 120,000 USD..... Mr Potting you can correct me if I'm wrong and this price is for the fully furnished apartment. My issue with this price is that there is not much storage space and bathrooms a bit small

Great area..... beach front.... sufficient natural light coming in........however,the bathroom s and kitchen are small and there is potential to redesign the unit to be more than just average.....Also....can I not get at least 3 houses in Florida for the same price??.Thanks for sharing

Nice location inside ok I guess, but you can get a large home in Jamaica with land and fruit 🌲 and change left. I can buy a four bedroom home in London, not worth that money. In my opinion$275,000. Over priced property's in Jamaica, I rather build But alway's love your video's.🤭❤️🇬🇧🇯🇲

The price per unit is a bit out of range, meaning OVERPRICED, + being a condo, means monthly charges, ‘ Many homes in FLORIDA have converted their pools to SALT WATER , , I stayed at COUPLES for a week in 1982, your property is nice though., CHERIO,,,🇬🇧🇯🇲🇯🇲🇺🇸

This is very overpriced. I dont think this should be going for more than $150kUSD. May be more because its furnished. The updates are okay but the $500k usd price point for a condo is luxury and nothing about this is luxurious.

Overpriced for you but not for affluent Caucasian Americans, Canadians and British people. Caucasians especially from Europe love Jamaica more than you black Jamaicans, you know. While you run from Jamaica to live in social housing projects, Wealthy Whites from Europe and North America are buying the best Prime real estate in Jamaica while the majority of the people live in either undeveloped bush or ghetto. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

@@misterlexx2721 no foolish North Americans and Europeans will pay more than market value. This is an older building. I believe they are about 60 year old and refurbished. They could get a new house in a subdivision in Richmond, St Ann for half the price in a better area. This area has nothing but a view. It's not Ochie Rios. Moreland Beach property in Westmoreland are houses in the 500,000 range. They are worth it. Look on you tube for vlogs on that estate. This apartment has no value. The owner must in financial crisis for asking this price. Only an idiot would purchase this without looking at other new ones in Ochie, Runnaway Bay. Jamaicans abroad work hard and will return but won't allow greedy people to rip them off.

You are not white though Paulette. Tower Isle is an upscale area on the North Coast of Jamaica that mostly wealthy Caucasians from here in Canada, USA and Europe live. Beach front homes. It's not targeted for colored budget people. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

You are not the target market so your opinion on price doesn't matter. The wealthy Caucasian North Americans and Europeans actually value the Jamaican north coast as paradise and love the tropical weather. Tower Isle is mostly occupied by wealthy Caucasians not colored folks on a budget like you. My uncle is a Jamaican realtor and he only sells to wealthy whites! 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
