Cal I’ve just been going through the motions last 12 months. Relationship drama family stress.😂 Been training consistently since 1992 What’s Keeps me going lts park of my life which at 52 I look good. And your road back is a lot harder the. Mine It will be go to see where u get back to training wise. As long as your physique stands out in crowd like Mine does that’s the motivation fot me when people comment and say ur in good Knick And ur putting size on slowly. I’ve been on hard drugs and can see how it ruin your gains and makes u look iIl and the hard earned weight starts coming off weekly few pounds a week what 6 months ur down 20lbs. Don’t get me wrong having a beer at weekend at some party drugs Have discipline and it will less and less craving So yeh Cal keep up the good work bro 💪🏋️🇬🇧🇬🇧
