There’s something about the earth opening up in sinkholes that terrifies and captivates. In 2015, a tour bus in Brazil was swallowed by a massive sinkhole, and dragged away by rushing waters. In July of 2017, the Ramirez family of Florida had just moments to evacuate, before a sinkhole devoured part of their house. And in 2018, rescuers saved a senior husky from a small sinkhole in its family’s Pennsylvania backyard. #InsideEdition

I'm more scared of sink holes than tsunamis earthquake or tornadoes. You can see where the tsunami and tornado is coming from and I got used to earthquake. You don't get that with a sinkhole it just... swallow you

Hey she you forgot the most famous one I think is the Corvette Museum hole they talked about that one for like a year!!! Yeah it’s crazy how sinkholes work I was talking to this one stranger and with 30 seconds he told me that he just lost his wife and his kids all he said was “they got swallowed up by the earth and i never saw them again” I’m like wow OK
