Things I find Strange about this Person Of Interest in this Video. (1) He has a Bike yet he's walking. Unless the bike has a Flat? That seems odd. (2) How he's walking. He seems to have a limp as if he's been wounded. If This Guy Doesn't show up in the next couple of days? It's a good chance he committed this crime... Because he was alone AND ALIVE. And this is on The News and The Internet. And The Person walking with that bike Knows who HE IS and where HE WAS when the CCTV captured this Video... Even If No one else does... Let's see what happens...

I simply meant that murder in Texas is normal; however, I do know that the brutality may vary and through the years I believe that the homicide rates have dropped.
