How do you think the planning system should be reformed?

Offering pre-approved applications for each area that people can implement straight away or make modifications to so only the modified areas will need to be reviewed before starting work speeding up the process

Zoned areas I.e residential or industrial without specific application just adherence to local/national legal criteria.

The best video on planning I have EVER seen. What this guy is saying, you can only learn otherwise though painful and VERY expensive experience. He's worth 10 planning consultants. Each topic could be a video in its own right, hope he does an online course because I'd pay for it at the drop of a hat.

The system would work if the planning fee stayed in the planning pot, instead it goes in to the local authorities pot More planners needed
