Why did you drop the expected return to 9%? Paul used to insist on 12 to outperform the market baseline.

Watch more videos. Paul has been doing 9% for a long time because he doens't want to force his margin of safety on anyone and every deal is different and to a personal person's situation. 12% fro Google is not the same as 12% on SFM.

Even if they were to report their stock buys on time, it's still extremely likely that they're using insider information. Pelosi always reported her buys on time, but that was just a move to look like she was following the rules. But I agree that it's even more sketchy if they don't report on time.

They have made laws specifically for themselves to protect themselves. Congress has 30 days after their trades to make them public, 45 days if its a spouse or broker. The fine is $200 for being late!

This is the biggest travesty in government. Company CEO's have STRICT buy/sell guidelines due to insider trading insight, yet government officials have more insight to forthcoming regulations that could impact stocks across the entire spectrum of ALL companies and industries, yet are allowed to trade freely?? Needs to stop!!

Being in Congress leaves them a lot of free time, since they don't do anything. They have to do something with their time. Why not get good tips, get in the market, and make MORE money while not doing anything. Most of them are not very smart people.
