Wife and I just stayed there. Good looking place, cool rooms, very good location. One thing of note: it’s about 300 feet away from train tracks. So there are anywhere between 1 and 5 trains that go by during the night (and they all use horns), so that’s a potential issue. Put it this way: the hotel supplies you with ear plugs. By the third night, it wasn’t that bad, but if you’re looking for 8 hours of no noise (and New Orleans isn’t exactly known for its “peace and quiet”) then you might want to go a little further inland.
