Loved this IAM video. As someone who wants to pursue a career like Joanne's this video has been very interesting learning about her day-to-day on an F1 weekend and the expectations of her within the team. A lots of little details done by the Comms/Content team sometimes go unnoticed but they really make a huge difference in creating a beautiful look, feel and vibe for the brand.

In an entirely different profession (artist) I’ve been subject to media scrutiny and had wonderful people surrounding me. Not at the level that F1 drivers but I appreciate all the people that filter and protect you from the chaos. At the end of the day you have to step up an do your job or let your team down.

Listen, I am 20 seconds into the video and I don't even care what the rest of the video will be like - I like it because Sebastian Vettel is such a likeable human being. With him there have never been any psycho games like we see with Hamilton, he doesn't want to get credit for the good deeds he is doing (like Hamilton, who preaches sustainability but then flies to NY over the weekend between races in Europe), he is just a very sensitive, mindful human being that is present with every person he is around with. I really hope Aston Martin will be able to provide him with a car that is capable of winning races again.
