Nice tour. I rarely do on- site work and it is a chore to decide/pack the tools I might need. One observation. I started with 3” wheels. A few problems with uneven concrete seams. Went with 4” wheels for next set of carts - solved problem. Also, went with 4 locking casters (roll and swivel) so I could always lock the appropriate pair on a sloping surface. Thanks for the tour and the video.

Thanks always for All your videos! So well presented!

Great idea with the ramp bolt! I like how you incorporated the two wheel cart with the Packout base. consider putting your saw onto a pac out base too, U can put a 1/2" ply sheet on the bottom of the saw, then put pac out made feet onto the bottom of the plywood, attach the pac out base to the saw rail clamps, then U can lift off and on the saw, U can also the use saw on the your pacout stacks. if u have other "power tools" grider, planer, router table drill press, U can use all these in a same way mount them to plywood, and add pacout feet, for fast interchangeability. this is someone else's thoughts design, part way through the dolly tanks.

I’ve been following your journey with your Packout/ van / storage organization set up. I love the new hand truck and custom dollys that you have built to make max use of the drawers. Very well thought out. Perhaps Milwaukee ought to modify their Packout hand truck to incorporate some of those beefier features, (4 wheels, more rigid structure, greater weight capacity at 600lbs, and dare I say it, lower price point at $150?!?) Keep up the great work and the innovative thinking. I myself am lobbying for 2 single drawer options; one from the current drawer shell, and one the size of the XL Packout box. : ____ )

@TheGrizz003 жыл бұрын
I’m a custom interior shutter installer, and I use mine on almost every install I do. The pin nails will hold a shutter frame while I get the margins adjusted, and then I can lock it in with trim screws once it’s adjusted. Since the pins are so small, I don’t have to worry about touching up anything after the fact. I could probably get away with brads as well, but those would definitely leave a bigger hole.
