one that wasn’t mentioned was the 626 night market in cali. there’s a big one in arcadia and a mini one in santa monica. essentially a food fair, there’s a bunch of asian cuisine as well as wacky combinations. you’d have to catch it as if it’s a fair though, it’s only around a certain time of year but i encourage you to go when you can!

Bring on the Lactaid pills!! Everything looks sinfully delicious! Definitely would need to workout 2 weeks before heading to one of these fairs. It's unfortunate, but I cannot imagine going to anything like this after COVID.

Sucks for you to imagine that. I've been to 3 fairs already since August lmao.

Spreads cream cheese on corned beef and wraps around pickle. You can ONLY find this at the Minnesota State fair! Proceeds to make in my kitchen.

Just saying as a Singaporean, it's not just Chinatown complex, pretty much every corner of Singapore has a famous smthing food. Pro tip: just go around hawker centres in the country, it has at least one famous stall 😊

The State Fair of Texas is a foodie paradise. Yes, there are mounds of fried everything - it is a festival after all, but there are also tons of really good food options. I have had one of the best Greek salads ever there, wonderful German sausages, the Belgian waffles are incredible too. I used to live 1 mile from the front gate, and loved my season pass. In the 3 week run I would go at least a dozen times. 😎

When you’re running around a fair all day you get hungry quick, personally I go with friends with big appetites so we can share the unhealthy foods. Yeah it’s bad for you but once a year of having fun eating bad food is a great time!
