Romeo Jozak is a highly experienced & well-educated coach, using research and his coaching skills to form his practice. During Romeo's early career, he worked as an assistant manager of Libia and Dinamo Zagreb. Then progressing as Technical Director of the Croatian Football Federation as well as Academy Manager & Sporting Director of Dinamo Zagreb. Whilst having managerial spells with Legia Warszawa, Kuwait National Team.
During this interview, Romeo discusses motor programing, skill learning and decision making. He also goes into detail about player development, what he looks for in a coach and gives insights into academy football as a coach, manager and director.
