How I wish to see a long video of 3-4 hours of story telling and interactions between Sukungmeren and our True Freedom Fighter who is living a normal life as an uncle, a dad and a soft spoken grandpa. From various sources, we have learned that many educated leaders of the true NNC from western Nagaland had already moved to the eastern areas, with some going there to continue our movement without ever surrendering to the Shillong Accord. Tragically, many of them were killed by our own people out of jealousy, leading to the formation of the NSCN, which continues to split into countless factions even today. Reports indicate that victims were forced to dig their own graves, and some were even chopped down by DAOs. It is believed that some of the killers are still alive within the NSCN, but we lack the courage to disclose their names at present, especially as the Nagas yearn for a peaceful settlement. Affected families have forgiven these killers, though they have not forgotten. The truth shall not be ignored. Once again, I am very proud and salute the true freedom fighters, like this uncle, who are still alive today. Kuknalim.

I'm sure that he'd shed more stories of my big dad who was assassinated by the NSCN when they were returning from China after their training. We still mourn for his soul because we can't get the location of his mortal remains buried under the womb of the earth.

​​@@ispeaknolies6332It’s truly heartbreaking to learn that his mortal remains have still not been located, and it’s even more painful to know that many others across the Naga areas have not been able to find their loved ones who were killed by the NSCN and the Burmese army. We were fortunate that all three of our uncles from AO region were found in Naga villages in Burma. The villagers had already created two cemeteries for those killed by the NSCN after they were forced to dig their own graves. The third uncle, who was killed by the Burmese army, was also recognized by the villagers. We were able to retrieve the remains of all three and give them proper burials, with beautiful cemeteries prepared for them a decade ago. However, it is deeply saddening that your uncle, along with many other uncles and grandparents, still haven’t been laid to rest in a known place. Have faith in God-one day, we will discover the true location of their resting places. "Ura Uvie" Kuknalim
