Discussion or Lecture method is the oldest method.Its just exchange of ideas,views and Making out Awareness. Implimentation is very Important.Once you discuss or podcast or whatever.Try to implement it. Just for the sake of views,likes, comments or whatever.Don't do it. Why our Society is not change and Working Effectively? Simpliest Answer is that "SON OR DAUGHTER MAY BE GOOD BUT PARENTS ARE CORRUPTED, PARENTS MAY BE GOOD BUT SONS/DAUGHTERS ARE CORRUPTED.
