Himato Zhimo was the Commissioner and Secretary of Food and Civil Supplies or something like that related to food, he used to be very strict and check food safety by going to baking station of Bakery and kitchens in restaurants. The concerned top bureaucrat or officers should conduct such raids and check food safety and hygiene of restaurants, hotels and street food vendors.

Even me i have experienced this issues o, on the way to dimapur me and my group of friends. We went down to dimapur for exam.. It was early morning and we were hungry and we ordered boil eggs because of exam, but receiving the order we got 5 bad boil eggs . Still we pay the amount. As we don't want to spoil our day before exam. We were concerned were to report, but we don't have a concerned department so far.. Even if office are there. So finally we decide for this small issues even the police will ignore us so we just keep silent so far.😢.. Most of us might say its a smll issues and leave it as a naga.. But big respect to our aunty. 🎉. Thank you and appreciated.

My Assumption - Fish fried some days back and kept in open. Flies buzzzzzzingg around laid eggs... The eggs finally hatched inside the fish... The maggots were chompping nom nom but When the fish pieces were immersed in the spicy curry...the maggots couldn't bear the spice and they had to crawled out..

The main reason behind these selling of unhygienic food is because of us only... our local people used to love eating the non locals curry n used to keep on prasing their curry because of the tastes of masalas n all bt did u guys know that not any of them used to cook the curry for an hour also n due to the masalas colour the curry used to look like it's well cooked n that's the favourite of our nagas people specially the dimapurians 😂 n forget about the cooking have u ever saw them washing it😅 oh our poor nagas fashion dress like the westerners n will go out to have the most dirty n unhygienic foods 😢 thes needed to be stop it's u n me who can make the changes by promoting n loving our own locals foods .. the choice is yours n at last I just wanted to say that dear panipuri lovers pls control yourself from being affected by unhealthy deseases😊

No compromise seiz the hotel or restaurant from where they bought the food. This is why I always prefer local naga restaurants. I had the same experienced in 2019 in dimapur where I bought parcel from near the network private bus station🤮. Please buy or get from local restaurants. I'm saying this not because of supporting and partial towards our local businessmen but it is true that our locals entrepreneurs are far hygienic in anyway. Whether it is local or nonlocal entrepreneurs and businessmen food hygiene and food safety must strictly follow.

Eto restaurant laka malik khi kabohley tey bhi. This happens only within our state's many times. Where are those people who checks the Food Safety and Standards. High time for them to get into work, such as imperiously harsh surprise checking. The restaurant should surrender the FSSAI License/Registration Certificate to the authorities. Most of the restaurant owner's are not being sincere and truthfully to protect public health. Why not emphasizing the authenticity and ensuring the health, and well-being of consumers. Owner's should emphasized the importance of good food hygienes.
