I have no idea about AI detection but the answer regarding plagiarism detection is "No", it won't detect plagiarism higher than Turnitin since Turnitin is the most powerful plagiarism detection software. The setting features of DrillBit and Turnitin is somewhat similar but there is like 5 percent differences. My university also use DrillBit software so am sharing here based on my experience. If you use only original sources on the internet and paraphrase properly, you will have very low levels of similarity index(plagairsim score) and no AI score. That is good. If not, Turnitin detects plagairsim in Russian language if u do not translate it oooo. However,, for AI Turnitin does not detect Non-english text. Meanwhile, always cite all sources properly.
