Despite not knowing their families' physical identities (which we shouldn't need to know!), I'm really thankful that DC do feel safe and comfortable enough to discuss their family. It's probably really hard on them, being away from their family for so long, and I'm sure it'd be even harder if they felt they weren't allowed to discuss their family, and keep all of their emotions hidden inside. So, thank you DC for trusting us with sections of your personal lives, and thank you to DCs' parents for giving birth to and loving and supporting these amazing, life-changing women! They wouldn't be here without you, nor would they be as happy and open as they are, if they didn't have your support and wishes! 너무 너무 감사합니다! 행복한 휴일 보내세요! ❤

I think it's unlikely companies stop performers from talking about their families, but some performers or their families might not feel comfortable with them being in the public eye. The performers themselves already have their private lives pretty intruded on.

Honestly one of the *best* DC family moments for me was the first concert they had after HD came back to Korea. Her mom's voice appeared after a set, congratulating her. It meant a lot, as to-date, HD's parents haven't seen her perform yet. HD and the members absolutely broke down in tears. And so did I. ㅠㅠ

I don't think I have ever said "I love you" to them in my whole life. The whole ‘엄빠따르릉’ segment of Jiu actually made me fall for the band. It feels as if how much she has been loved and supported by her family is emanating from her personallity. Not that I’m saying that other members are in different case, but rather, it seems to be contributing to how great and kind leader/member that she is today.

Even if for brief moments, we can really understand where their extraordinary personality from extraordinary parents comes from 😊 And please let me especially say that of Jiu whose being so loving comes from super loving parents, I still remember that beautiful episode on Nadol TV where I call her mother and brother, Wow it was truly heart melting, and I recommend really to see it to those who have not yet done so but also that of the other members 😊👍 Kit thank you very much for this video that is really perfect at Christmas time 😋☺️❤️❤️❤️
