Eight years with Dreamcatcher. I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again, I’m so proud of these seven girls and to be apart of the fandom. Dreamcatcher have worked so hard and have achieved so much but I hope they’re able to achieve more as time goes on.

Being with them from day 1, I remember the days when they would put themselves out on the streets trying to promote themselves and so many people would just ignore them. It was truly heartbreaking but they never lost hope and kept on pushing on and just look at where they are today. Not a single thing was handed to them. They are truly a self made group and worked for every single inch of their success and I am a PROUD Somnia. Congratulations on your 8th anniversary and hopefully so many more to come.

Can we also point out the consistency of their comebacks? 2 per years for 7 years is insane!!! I think 2024 is the only year where there was only one comeback (but I guess with My Christmas Sweet Love, it counts as two!) Anyways, I'm very grateful for their hardwork and passion! Hopefully, they'll be with us for many more years!

That's also something great. Especially when we remember again that DC doesn't come from a top company in South Korea. They have a bigger tour schedule in 2024. So, just one comeback is understandable. Also, the member comes in sick and has certain issues. But, overall, the company manages it well.

Siyeon not feeling her best and missing many events to rest probably played a big part in that. Also JUSTICE might be their hardest comeback yet, with basically all of the members singing very high and long high notes, so it's understandable why we didn't get 2 full comebacks. Still hoping for a full length album in the near future tho 🤞

I am not in the fandom but as a casual listener I've been following their journey since their debut days, I listened to their title tracks and slowly listened to their b-sides too. During their early years, none of my friends knew them except for me and my sister. I am glad and proud now they are getting the recognition they deserve! Almost 4 years since I became an Insomnia. Although I wasn't really paying much attention to them that time despite becoming a fan, I acknowledged their talents and personalities. Just until the Justice comeback I became a true fan. It was my first comeback coming off a timeout from kpop. That music and MV made me realize that there's no other else that can contend with the power and energy of their sound. For me it's insane, it's insane that I love all of their music, their personalities, their passion, and their bond with Insomnias. For me, they are a completely different level. For all the times I've talked about Dreamcatcher I just couldn't put more better words because it's just indescribable. They're the best for me, and soon when I finish college and get a job and earn money, I'll buy as much as I can to support them. Happy 8th anniversary Dreamcatcher! You all have been a huge part of my life and will always be. Love you guys!

Dreamcatcher, the group that despite all odds against them, still holds their place in my heart and soul as a Somnia ever since I saw them for the first time since Kcon LA in 2018 as a PLATINUM holder. I seriously had no idea who they were PRIOR to that Kcon year, maybe saw a MV from them in passing, but never knew who they were until that event, and man that changed my life completely…! Not only getting random hi fives whenever they passed by my section in the pit, some of the members dancing in front of my area at one point, and even getting a treasured video of Siyeon doing a selca cam on my phone back then…! That right there was when I decided, I’ll see and follow them from here on out… boy my life changed after seeing them, especially not only being able to meet new friends along the way, but also even be a part of a volunteer group to do those cupsleeve events whenever their anniversary or birthday celebrations come up and I’m thankful to Dreamcatcher for existing..! It’s a blessing thanks to them…!

This time I didn't cry HAHAHA but rather I was smiling throughout the entire video. They're one of the few groups out there who did not buy their way to success nor were awards and titles were handed to them. They truly deserve every nominations, awards, titles that they have received throughout their career and they live up to every single one of them. That's why I appreciate their company and staff so much because they're a HUGE part of why dreamcatcher is the dreamcatcher that we know to this day. Seeing compilations of their concerts and stage performances brings me so much joy because you can see the growth and the fact is.. they'll only get bigger and make history! I have discovered Dreamcatcher back in 2022, I knew nothing about kpop, but when I listened to Dreamcatcher I was mindblown! I was so amazed by their unique music style and I found many of the meanings of their songs relatable. Then when I decided to get to know the members better I was baffled by how much love they showed (and still show) towards us fans, InSomnia. I've never felt so much loved by a music group like Deukae do. And in a short time my love grew deeper. Happy 8th anniversary, girls! ❤ You are precious and we Somnias will keep staying with you! Dreamcatcher is really one of the biggest success stories of the kpop industry, despite not going extremely viral like other major girl groups. Staying ordinary for an extraordinary amount of time eventually leads to greatness (although DC has never really been ordinary in the first place lol)
