I am curious, are the deficient inspectors being followed up on? In one episode the entire garage and the heater were leaking carbon monoxide directly into the property via the heating ductways. That negligence could have killed the family. Some inspector saw it, and didn't even note it. Is legal action being suggested? Are homeowners referred to legal representation? Are the inspector's licensing authority being informed of the failures so that appropriate retraining, censure, revocation of license prevents them from endangering more families?
