Hi Syed Irfan Shareef or CPIC client, I have a question for you- When you signed a contract with CPIC for International Port City were you informed of an Infrastructure Cost? I have bought 6 plots with them and the infrastructure cost was not once mentioned during the several meetings I had with them. Being familiar with the reputation of Pakistani investors I even jokingly asked if any hidden fees will appear down the road and they reassured me that the 2 costs I saw on my contract would be all I have to pay. I even overlooked the Schon properties owners being part of the CPIC board of directors after the whole Dubai land seizure in Dubai Lagoon case. The 2 costs I am referring to are the initial plot price and then the development cost of 55k per plot that will begin in 2020 or 2021. I think it is so strange that CPIC is asking for a infrastructure cost of 7,000 USD on a plot worth 20,000 USD, whereas in China Pak Golf Estate, CPIC asked for an infrastructure cost of 8,000 USD on a plot worth 120,000 USD. I hope we are not victims of a scam?

Dear Mr. Nauman Khan, Thank you for your comment. At CPIC we operate a strict policy of NEVER having any hidden fees that would appear down the line - all CPIC property consultants are clearly instructed to disclose all costs to clients which includes the infrastructure costs. We also mention these costs on our brochures, payment plans and all materials provided to clients. We at CPIC are proud to be introducing transparency and international standards of service to the Pakistani real estate market. If you feel there has been an oversight on our part we would be more than happy to rectify this. One of our senior representatives will be in touch with you shortly.

Nauman Khan How did you get on with the transparency

@@contentgenie3714 sorry for the late response. I was waiting on a resolution from the upper management for all these months. The only thing I would strongly suggest is invest your money somewhere else as I'm very much disappointed in the handling of this matter. I was planning on investing with CPIC on another project but the way they do business is unethical and disappointing.

@@ElyzaKhan it may just be Comms and how you both understand each other. Emotions and feelings about parents can be projected too. Hope it worked out for you.

Pakistan can't afford to gave strong currency since its developing country and export are low. Any strength in currency will hurt export and make labour more expensive
@saleemsuliman30626 жыл бұрын
ramiz1116 i respect your opinion but i wont agree with it because it will benifit the labour more ask yourself the question why do people go to dubai or kuwait our labour are in overseas because of the heavy currency once the currency is heavy automatically all prices come down.

saleem suliman my friend you need to look at flip side if your curry becomes stronger the factories will close since they have to pay more for labour which will impact economy. Developed countries don't need cheap labour because job market it skilled based. Daily items will become expensive look at dubai it's well expensive

if he moved in his late 30s or 40s then it will be very difficult to change the accent. If that is what you are referring to? French and Germans are taught English very early on and even then these people have accents...
