The deputy chief was a dick as well by refusing to accept the video along with the "written" email. Without the video it's Sean's word against "theirs" and that's the way "they'll" pass it along. The video is beyond a reasonable doubt proof that Sean's rights were violated, he was assaulted, his property was intentionally thrown down and broke, and a lawsuit is the only way to bring justice in "their" "just us" system.

@Scott R. By now you realize that law enforcement is a politically controlled arm of the government. Cops do what their political masters tell them to do. Example: BLM/AntiFa riots. @@KamakNeApiMalimawata Yea pretty much. That’s the problem. Law Enforcement seems to think if they don’t get what they want from people acting within the law and their rights; simply use force and abuse their power, simply because they get away with it daily. Unfortunately that’s not the way the system or the law works. LEOs work FOR the people and are paid for by the people. They might like what Sean is doing, but too bad. He’s not breaking any laws and is simply exercising his 1st Amendment Rights which those same LEOs SWORE to protect and uphold. This is why their is a disconnect between the public and LEOs. LEOs have completely forgotten the role they play in the system. Their attitude is; let us Police and do what we want and if you get in our way we’ll police you, by creating charges such as “acting disorderly”. Law Enforcement needs a total revamping from the top down. The biggest issue I see, is a lack of patience. They would prefer to move people along, and if you don’t, they use threats and escalation tactics to try and scare and put fear into the public. My point is proven in this video. The moment Thomas realized he was being recorded, his demeanor changed from I suppose to help you, to I don’t want to help you because you are recording me, so i’m going to shit on anything Sean says, push back, be difficult, have a piss poor attitude, and start issuing demands like “sit down”, and escalate the situation. His JOB is to take the complaint, listen and work on behalf of the public. Not to let his personal opinions and emotions take over the situation and be an asshole because he doesn’t like it. It has become painfully apparent that the oath these cops take means absolutely positively nothing to them.

Nope. Most of them only say it to get the badge.

The Dep Chief States Attorney saw he needed to step in when he saw Thomas coming off the rails at you. He schooled Thomas on what de escalation is and how to do it. Sean, that was a good break you got because getting this matter being referred down by Kevin will get some level of special handling. Good work.

He did not school him. If he disciplines that nut case that was telling Sean to sit like a dog then he has done his job, if he does nothing, he is just as bad.
@publicviewmedia47002 жыл бұрын
@@theapex1 Of course Apex, barking out orders to sit like a dog is pathetic, but that is precisely the point at which he stepped in. It would certainly be appropriate to do more in a 'coaching opportunity', but the best correction is to lead by example and he certainly did that. I am not saying he is an angel or can be trusted, but I am saying that he stepped in and demonstrated how you de escalate rather than escalate, and that was both good and appropriate.

I’ve never seen anything like the behavior of ALL law enforcement in New England. It’s really disgusting and oozes of corruption.

It’s obvious, to them you’re just an inconvenience. How sad that honor and upholding an Oath is so tarnished. Keep up the good work on transparency.

I love how easy it is for them to legally justify violating our rights but when we’re just trying to file a simple complaint it’s such a run around and rabbit hole/game of tag we have to play to do the most simplest things

Yeah and as soon as LIA started having his speech towards the inspector his supervisor said stop with the comments, however the inspector is an angel no matter how rude he really is, I just don’t unfortunately how people can act like this knowing they are being recorded!!!
