Thank you for saying the term "gating." I'm new to producing and the more I learn how to make my music sound better the more I want to learn more. I never heard of that before. If someone had asked me what he did on that part, I would've just said he simply used automation clips to cut the volume off (unless that's what gating is. if so, then I'm gonna feel really stupid lol).
