So I got my rings last Saturday and and ring muscle up was one of my first goals. I was finally able to get it today! You're video definitely helped with my process. Thanks for that and keep up the good work!

Moving right along with dreams and goals turning Gold! ..if I may..I might add a suggestion, dare I Lucus, you could speak less rushed so that ''all viewers'' will obtain your amazing details on exercising maneuvers leading up to your grand and proven successful Olimpic training moves, and that ''all viewers'' obtain full comprehension of your Olimpic Training perhaps could just maintain a quieter less ruched and controlled description, would be considered here I feel most certainly '' excitement for such vast improvements and marked achievements at Inspire Sports created a great deal of enthusiasm! for certain, OK understandably ..just saying.
