Once again, lovely songwriting + a lovely voice. I also noticed how in the song, words like "virtuoso" "expert" "maestro" are used to show the person in the song, the "virtuoso", is an expert in the art of manipulating the protagonist to fall to their knees for them. The "virtuoso" also believes they are an expert in keeping them: "For you it's all about the win." However, if this was on PORTALS, it connects to the line "You can't even spell but you're an *expert* in nymphology." from NYMPHOLOGY. The "virtuoso" thinks they have their manipulative plans all figured out, but we know that's not true because THE CONTORTIONST is when the protagonist realizes it.

I SANG ALONG THE FIRST TIME! This is a nice song. The melody reminds me of "Tag You're It" Due to the lyrics, this would actually make a perfect interlude to THE CONTORTIONIST. These lyrics, summarized, are like, "You feel like something special to me, you're supposed to; even though others you've left, weakened, and betrayed, all went down the same route as I am currently going down." and THE CONTORTIONIST is when the protagonist comes to the realization that she isn't played sweetly, but is CONTORTED and manipulated. Whoever the song is aimed at pulls their last straw and the protagonist announces they're officially DONE.

Whether this comment reaches you or not I wanna say I have been playing non-stop this song for like 10 times ever since I first heard it today It hits even harder than the songs with AI fillers . Gurl , you served and left no crumbs . Listen to me All these AI songs have good lyrics with the AI voice filler alright but where did the emotions within came from ? The magic ? It’s Y-O-U , they wouldn’t be that good in the first place without your heavenly delivery on these vocals . Why settle just with “if (this song) was extended” or “if (this part) become a full song” , you could make it your own version with your voice Melanie have cover songs like “Toxic” “Creep” , etc She turn the original version into a cover with a twist of her own You are doing something similar like that as well and this even far better than when Melanie started Perhaps the takedown of these AIs songs have a deep spiritual reasoning behind it , the universe must have seen you serving so much cunt with these songs and they’re soooooooooooo angry that you haven’t realized the potential you have within yourself . Stop with these AI songs , you are just unconsciously trying to hide from the truth and THAT TRUTH is the fact you got so much more to offer with that voice . There are so much supportive comments here that want you to make more music with your voice but of course , when you post something , you are the first person who recognize it and feel confident enough about it to post it for everyone to listen .
