I’ve been watching a lot of these type of videos lately. I’m currently 10 months sober from opiates and alcohol. I was homeless before this and killing myself. Now I have an apartment, I have some money in the bank, I’m just a dishwasher but I won’t be doing that forever. I’m trying to change my thinking. I’m trying to stay focused and do the hard things I don’t want to do. I wasted too many years waiting for somebody to save me or some miracle to happen but nothings going to happen unless I keep putting the action towards my life. I’m excited to see what the future holds. And I’m not going to let any negativity or anybody tell me that I can’t do anything great with my life. I also won’t let the media or political bullshit bring me down. I do feel like this is a great time to be alive and a great time to be changing my life. If anybody out there is struggling with addiction it’s possible to recover. There is hope. It’s just going to take some work and self reflection

These videos are great. Started this year with training before work, so I can get in two exercises a day.. alarm goes off at 4:10 am everyday, some days are harder. But I must have gotten around 130 days getting up to train at 05 am. Not one day, no matter how hard it was to get out of bed Ive have regretted working out, its the best way to start your day imo. Im 35 years old, and stronger than ever. If you red all down to here, I hope you reach all your goals and are having a good day💪🏼 stay hard!

At 30 I was 375 lbs and hated myself and life, even though I was professionally successful. At 31 now, i found god and I’m down 95 pounds. I always knew i was meant for something more, just couldn’t pin point it outside of knowing I am an incredible athlete for my size.
