The man is a genuine patriot. He's not a trying hard pinoy, learning to speak with out accent. 10 years abroad is enough to learn and save to start a better life in the Philippines. Most of the Filipinos I know here in Europe has never enough, they want more and more.... They miss bonding with their families. Themselves are not in good health anymore to continue working. Juan choose the best lifestyle. An excellent Daot
@drewb.40692 жыл бұрын
So True!! I know some Filipinos who work and migrated abroad maybe 1 or 2 years they already have the foreign accent🤣 hilarious right?maybe it's good for them it's ther rights but somehow it's trying hard🤣🤣 even some people from the province who study or work in manila, when they return to their home province they're speaking Tagalog 🤣. Daot na!!🤣🤣🤣. Be like Juan
@michaelamontemayor4482 жыл бұрын
@@drewb.4069 Lol accent is still obvious. Native English speakers will know that. Even English speakers has their own accent from region to region just like tagalog. Batangenyos, laguna. Quezon province, Manila and etc. Has their own accents. You have no accent only if you were born or spent childhood in a certain place. Therefore trying hard. Same as buying whiteners, changing our black exotic hair to blonde, brown, reddish. Adding a nosebridge to look Caucasian. 🤣🤣 🤣 I am so ashamed. And they call themselves patriotic? Hell no, they are pathetic and stu3

I would love to listen to a man full of wisdom than that of an intelligent man. I could listen to him all day. He is very inspiring, this vlog is so inspiring. I agree, it's okay to be daot. Being daot for me is creativity and finding peace in your solitude not in a crowd. It's okay to go against the flow. It's okay to be different as long as it is for your own growth.

Modest , simple & serene life , that is common to people who had previously lived in hustle , hassle city life I wathed in many documentaries . There are city houses so pretentious , built ideals by commercial & consumerism real states business .... until your buried in debt & family relationships is stoned & cold ... & ends dysfunctional. My apprevciation of this man , & in reality is almost everynodys dream on their heart.

Very interesting insight about Filipino culture. Filipinos live in islands but really no Filipino person is an island. It's so much easier to live as an island in the West where you can go to work and back home without really having to connect to anyone. In the Philippines, the society at large is a lot more integrated.
