They never want to listen, they said it's because of my Imaan and my parents said only political members have stress & depress. Go and see your doctor and tell them how you feel. It is difficult for family and friends to understand, so don't blame them. You will find that some people who have experienced similar to you, can talk and understand. Counselling and medication helped me overcome depression.

Don't Waite for your family to change their minds. Just get an appointment with a great doctor. I recommend you go for psychotherapy instead of medicine at first. If psychotherapy helps you its great. But use medicine only as a last resort. Do your research on psychotherapy and medicine.

There’s numerous medical studies done about how OCD can be caused by external factors such as mold toxicity and/or Lyme disease (which can happen with or without a tick). If you’ve got OCD or even anxiety/mental health disorders, get tested by a functional medicine doctor/practitioner. I don’t know if this is the ONLY cause (could be a combo of trauma) but it is worth checking it out if that leads to your recovery and peace inshaAllah. Hope it helps people struggling out there

And there seems no way out. But trust me, you do get better but at the time it does not feel possible. Made dua (Ramadan is coming soon!) and reach out for help, take therapy.
