I think you can only buy it from someone who disassembles such video cameras or you can buy a defective one and change the display yourself.

I have the same issue. Water got between the battery and the module. I think this created some kind of a short and destroyed one of the parts. No liquid inside the case either.

My One R's door for the charging port and SD card no longer holds. This is due to where one of the "slits" on the core frame, that the door goes into, has broken. Do you know if the housing of the "core", the side with the SD card and charging port, can be replaced/bought separately?

I didn't use a special glue to make it waterproof again. There are special solutions for this (epoxy, silicone, acrylic).

salt water entered me from the usb c port door, I sprayed everything with wd 40 and left it to dry in rice, no signs of life, was I wrong? I am not able to disassemble it like in the video.

Isopropyl alcohol should be used for cleaning, not WD40. Unfortunately, until you disassemble the camera, you can't do much.

Depending on how long it was in seawater and depending on how you proceeded after you recovered it, it could be more or less repairable. The most important thing is to remove the battery immediately. After that, it should be rinsed with clean water to avoid corrosion of the connectors. If you follow the steps in the video and manage to disassemble it, you can try to clean the internal components with isopropyl alcohol. If it has been in salt water for a long time or you continued to use it afterward, there is a good chance that some components will be irreparably damaged.

Yes, you could try. It's just that there would be too many exposed areas (fpc, connectors), the case somehow also has a cooling role for the processor. It would be a little risky but not impossible.
