Sirs, some of the points only my self want to clarify as a retired D.G.M., of a private sector Bank, worked in rural ,semi urban urban and metro as a Branch Manager and Chief Manager. Yes, you are correct at the time of accepting a loan during ,signing no borrower ask any questions it is general attitude of the public, signed all the papers . But no bank will get the signature of a borrower in a blank paper .It is true. In some cases the Manager may take a additional signatures in the continuing the promissory note, (Revival letter) as a precautionary action/measure only to safe guard the bank(since the period is only 3 years). the bank. Not in any blank paper as you said Mr .Elangovan, Sir. It is my personal experience in Banking service. So, only my self retired peacefully, in super annuation., after 38 years of service in one Bank.

I am a DSA person. Many customers took jumpo, instant loan etc without knowing any details of that loans. Including rate of interest after that only they realised actual rate is 18%. PS: 99% Agent are hide the important details which have to known the customer. Past 2 years smoothly running my job without worry because of my policy(don't skip anything about loan norms& also do not expect any charges from my customers). Some time refund the process charges upto 100% personally which amount deduct by bank.

There are few questions remains left to answer by Elengovan sir! 1) Why didn't he already enquiry about interest rate?? ( inclusive Flate Or diminishing) 2) Why did not he ask application form at least one day prior for singing?? If so he would have more time read it well. 3) If you have had bad experience with similar bank, why did he again approach same bank. 4) Since he is an industrialist, he would have CA & CS in this office or he might have hired their services, why didn't he hire their help. 5)What was the reason of investing money from personal loan, instead of approaching business loan? 6)Why didn't he tell about his pay back history?? Credit ratings?? And so on. 7) Banks are having high level of NPAS, In order to prevent further flow, they might have seeks mortgages . But when it's come to personal loan, his source of income mainly drived through business, then why did he surrender his previous bank statements?? 8) Why didn't he get NOC from bank, since he had 3 years to close loans?? 9) Why didn't he mention bank's name??

Personal Loan was taken for equity contribution. With all CA AND CS help were taken still it was messed up. For personal loan 18% was charged. Interest rate was known in advance and it was availed in individual capacity. Mistake was committed by me so I am cautioning the future borrowers to be aware of slippages. 2nd loan was arranged by my consultant which was mentioned in the interview also. Some portion of the interview was edited to cut short the interview time. Thanks for your comments. I appreciate that. 👍👏

More over you have told, bank has attached your vehicle as mortgage to your PL!! These are all making more confusion among public.
