Can you use the Tracking feature with other apps in Android too, or just iphone? I have the Hohem iSteady V3 now and I can use any app with the tracking, but often times it doesn't turn on/off and doesn't work very well in low lighting...

What a superb well paced review. I have the original Flow and have been wavering about the new Flow 2 Pro. You've helped me decide to buy into this version. As a very occasional videographer my requirements are modest. But having a full gamut of features as the F2P is a bit more than a nice to have. Bookmarked for repeat viewing. Thank you.

Wow! Other gimbal manufacturers especially DJI should also integrate dockkit into their systems. It's a game changer interface. Insta 360 has upped their games.

Love the DockIt idea. It looks like a,reasonable alternative to having an AI sensor. Still an AI tracker would have been better. Also, why would I get this instead of the Hohem Isteady V3? Maybe the tilt mode is a good reason. Not sure. it would be an interesting comparison.

You do such great clear videos! Well done. What no-one talks about is connecting a wireless mic. On my Original Flow I have to reposition the clamp to accommodate the off-centre weight of the Receiver. Does this work with the F2P?

The F2P sounds like a great upgrade. I have the original Flow but because I'm only an occasional filmer I won't be upgrading! I have bought a MagSafe mount but do not use it. I always film using a wireless mic which connects via a Receiver attached to the Lightning connector. Of course that upsets the balance of the phone. I can adjust that using the original mount, but it's not possible with the MagSafe. It doesn't look as though the F2P has a facility to monitor/adjust the audio. A major omission IMO. OK, you can still use another camera app thanks to the F2P incorporating Apple's DocKit (is that the right name)?

Hi Simon, I want to 4k record my kids football match on 35x50 Metres ground auto tracking the football wherever it travels. Also auto zooming on the football when the ball is far away from my view. I stand at the centre line on one side of the ground. Q1. Whats the max tracking distance for the insta360 Flow 2 Pro. Q2. Can I auto restrict and set the PAN action with some bounds from left corner to right corner of the ground only Q3. Can I auto restrict and set the zoom range to a certain fixed level only (not zooming too much). Q4. Can I record 4k@60 or 4k@30 with the auto tracking and auto zooming feature turned ON on android phones (mine is Xiaomi 14 Ultra).
