Thanks for the tutorial, very helpful! One small tip: turn off the background music, it's competing with your voice. Even though it's very low, there are a whole group of people who have trouble hearing and understanding voices when there are other noises in the background.

That was helpful. The interface can be a bit intimidating for new users. As mentioned before, eliminating the background music would be appreciated for such an informative, educational video.

I tried using the studio to edit videos i took with my phone and the 360 flow gimbal. But how do you string multiple clips together to make a video? I can only add one clip at a time then if i want to add another clip to the video what do i do? Also it gives me an error when i try to export the video.

Very good. I was playing along with my new camera and editing the very first piece of footage I have ever captured on it today. All new to me and I am still quite confused. I now need to find out how to put music and on-screen text into a video. Can't see anything on Studio that offers those options yet.

It doesn't. You'll have to finish your edits in studio and then import them into another program.

I have a insta 360 nano and when I export my 360 video iPhone and it just came out with front wide angle image and can not showing 360 image. Any members can advise me how to download the who 360 video/image to see it on my iPhone? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your cool little moovie mate, I am a small time content creater, using borrowed gopro 3 and it is time to take it up a notch, getting to a year in. I decided I didn't want to spend any money on my channel until I was sure it was what I wanted to do. After much research I figures the Insta 360 one RS is a good way to go considering it's universal applications. Still waiting on delivery, however looking around learning the editing process and I think your film has been the most helpful so far.. Thanks again and I will subscribe for more content like this.. Thanks for posting this. My biggest problem is the most basic I guess? None of the features that you have on your screen are on my studio screen for insta360. Any time I import via camera or via phone they are always MP4. How to locate these insv files? It's driving me nuts :(

Yes I am. I just cannot figure out why, even in free frame mode, my only file types produced are mp4 and LRV. I’m trying to figure out why it’s not producing the Insta360 file type that allows you to do the most editing in the program.

Very nice ! How I make a video with several shoots? For example, during a flight I took sone short videos and now I would like to edit it in one project?

You’d need software like iMovie or VideoProc (free) or Final Cut Pro, or Premiere Pro (paid)

Just what I was looking for! I was wondering if you might be able to help me with the way the studio is appearing on my Macboo Air. I seem to be missing a few things in mine. The 2 icons at the top if the video screen are not there, nor are a few of the icons on the right side.Basically, I can do nothing in my studio without these. Any chance you know why? Thanks!

Hmm interesting - have you made sure you have the latest version of Insta360 Studio? I know there have been a lot of recent updates

On the mobile app you can make several clips out of a larger file, called jump cut. Not possible with this?

Don’t think so - there’s some things you can do on the mobile app that you can’t do on the desktop app. Desktop app is mainly good for reframing. Mobile app is mainly good for mini edits and quick edits for social media

I suspect you got your bits and bytes mixed up when saying you export at 30-50 Megabytes per second. That must be Megabits surely

That was completely unnecessary. Just a way for you to show that you know the difference between megabytes and megabits. Bottom line.. it doesn't matter because everyone understands what he means.
