In my opinion it's crapy while filming but solid option to transport. Other transport cases rubbing against lens eah time. That may scratch lenses. This guard due to click design and additional space prevents scrathing.

Guys it’s not worth buying. I got it to record my Airsoft content and I shot it to test it with my weakest pistol (it’s less than half as strong as the ones people actually use) and it shattered immediately

On the guard it is specifically mentioned, and for the camera i'm not sure, but if we go by the smartphone logic then the lens towards the screen should be front and the other side should be back.
