Great to see the velodrome. Here in the States, they tend to be outdoor affairs. I suspect indoors is simply practical for a place like Glasgow. (Former International Cycling Federation referee worked the 1984 Olympics)

pizzy frizzy I think you're never too old to follow a dream. There is a chance it is too late to say go to the Olympics for example, but if you don't give it a go you'll never find out. There is also every chance you'll be fantastic at it and win golds at the Olympics. My rule is to never regret anything in life 😊.
