😢 i tried all methods but it’s not work. I have 2 instagram accounts, and from november i can’t login in my first account. i see “Sorry something went wrong”, it’s error only on my iphone and ipad. On other devises all works great

I'm getting the 'something went wrong message' specifically when I try to add a new product in my Instagram shop - I tap on 'Add New Product' and then the message appears. I've updated, no difference, I tried going to the location tab but it's greyed out whether the wifi is on or not. Please help!

Everyone! I’ve been having this issue for almost 2 weeks now.. EVERYONE else that is having this problem please report it, hopefully it’ll pressure them to fucking fix it already.. Go to your profile page : Tap those bars on the top right : Tap settings : Then tap help : Report a problem : Then Something isn’t working.

You get like a text from someone and the notifications on the app has more than just one notification? Like for example if one person was to text you, the app would show 5 notifications instead of 1. Do you have that issue? Bc I do and I’m also dealing with this issue as well
