I’ve only seen Sommer Ray’s name around Instagram, but other than that I had no idea who she was. I also didn’t expect Ryan to have someone like Sommer, so it was super interesting! However, I did find that she contradicted herself a lot. She said that she doesn’t want to associate herself with IG models because nowadays a lot of them don’t respect themselves and only post raunchy pictures, but if you take one look at her Instagram, it’s just like any other IG model’s insta, so I was confused. Additionally, she even said that she became well known after her “booty pic”. Also, when Ryan mentioned that chic fil a was anti-lgbtq, Sommer said that she doesn’t believe that because there is no proof, but there is a bunch. They have donated millions to groups that oppose same-sex marriage and higher ups of the company have made statements about it. I’m not bashing her for liking chic fil a because I love their food! I’m just pointing out that yes, it is a fact that several people that run chic fil a are indeed anti-lgbtq and it is not just the media making things up. Anyways, I loved hearing her talk about how she wants to live life and do whatever makes her happy! She genuinely seems like such a happy person and seems content with her life. I'm only 5 minutes in to the podcast, and my opinion may be subject to change but I do not like the way she is coming across at all. With all do respect, there is nothing that makes Sommer's content appropriate and other girl's content raunchy or disrespectful. Like you don't have a say in whether somebody else respects their body or not. It seems like she wants to make exceptions for herself and call it "art" but refuses to accept that from other girls. Let girls present themselves how they want? Also she is not coming off as genuine at all. @@MildSatire You need to understand that Ryan is growing and so is his content, you couldn't expect him to do the same thing forever. He rightly understood that it's better to do videos that he likes even of they get way less views than doing forced videos that the audience wants, but he doesn't have like. A lot of KZbinrs go into depression because they care too much about views and making the videos that their audience want. I might be wrong with this but I think Ryan had a similar phase (I really might be wrong here, so please correct me if I'm wrong). Ryan is maturing and so is his content, and I think we should all respect that and accept his choice, and even of that means you're not going to be a subscriber anymore I think you should still be happy for him instead of always saying "I want the old Ryan back", "OMG the old Ryan was so better"...
