@@travistakamori1989 Marriage is just a social ritual. It's not a necessary stage in a relationship. Marriage had a pretty defined purpose a few centuries (or even decades) ago, which had to do mainly with ensuring hereditary rights to the children born from the relationship. Now there're other legal instances to achieve the same goal. In the 21st century, marriage is not as important or necessary as it use to be. Kind regards!

I think that the reason y'all aren't as "mean" to Daina isn't bc she's a girl, but rather bc she's so... pure cinnamon roll. I mean, in a friend group, there will always be that "pure" friend. I'm one of them, usually, and I have female friends who are much smaller and "conventionally pretty" than I am who are not considered as "pure" as I am. Hope that made sense. the informal meeting of daina and greg reminds me of a story of a married couple that has a picture of one of them (i believe the husband) at disneyland as a little kid and in the photo off to the side is the wife in a stroller with her family and this was years and years before they actually met. congrats on 15 years, that’s an amazing amount of time to be with someone and i truly believe you two are soulmates from all daina has said in this podcast! 💗✨
